In addition to our restaurant, tavern and general store, other facilities on our 15-acre property include:
- Reception Desk - friendly staff available to answer any questions or provide anything you might need
- Recreation Building - home to our cozy Great Room and Recreation Activity Desk
- Tuolumne Hall - available for daily Lodge events and private group & family functions
- Main Plaza - the center of all outdoor activities at the Evergreen Lodge
In addition, when walking our property you will find the following outdoor facilities for your enjoyment:
- Sunset-viewing area with benches and a great view
- Campfire area located in the campground
- Group seating area and sand volleyball court located in Cedar Village
- Nature trail located around the perimeter of our 15-acre property
- Benches, picnic tables and other cozy outdoor spaces
At neighboring Camp Mather, swimming, tennis and other activities are also available. In addition, the Evergreen offers a variety of Evening Activities and Recreation Programs.

Our Reception Desk is open daily from 7AM to 2AM (hours vary seasonally). Our staff is available to answer any questions or provide anything you might need during your stay.

The Recreation Building is part living room and part recreation center. Couches, chairs and tables fill this comfortable space and a big fireplace crackles away during the colder months.
Phones, high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi are available for guest use free of charge.
The Recreation Building is the preferred spot for guests to relax and unwind (outside of the tavern) and is the center of all recreation planning and evening activities at the Lodge. Our Recreation Staff are available daily from 8AM to 8PM to answer Yosemite-related questions and to help you book guided hiking, biking, fly fishing and other recreation trips.
We designed the space to accommodate many uses including:
- Playing board games, building puzzles, reading or just hanging out
- Making s'mores or participating in other kid's programs
- Talking to our recreation experts and learning about our Guided Recreation Program
- Accessing maps, photos and handouts of the Yosemite area
- Getting a chair massage from our onsite masseuse
- Checking your email or making phone calls

Tuolumne Hall, with its large main room and intimate side room, is a beautiful event hall available for Evergreen guests as well as private groups and other functions.
We designed the space to be open & versatile to accommodate

Tuolumne Hall is used daily for a variety of activities including:
- Live music, including blues, folk, jazz and bluegrass
- Slide shows and lectures on Yosemite and related outdoor topics
- Private wedding receptions, family reunions and large group dinners
- Corporate events and meetings
- Other events, including movie nights, yoga classes, bingo and kid's programs

The communal Main Plaza is the 'hub' of outdoor activity at the Evergreen Lodge. Guests gather in the plaza to play horseshoes and ping pong by day and to stargaze and roast s'mores around our outdoor fireplace by night.
The plaza is also home to our outdoor dining area popular with families and large groups alike. It's a great place for a burger and a beer after a long day on the trail.
Group events are often held in our plaza such as wedding receptions, holiday events and music festivals.
