HANDS ON EXPLORATION IN THE GREAT OUTDOORS
This 3-hour adventure is designed to give your child or children an educational and fun-filled experience with other kids staying at the Evergreen Lodge. We take a short hike that departs from the lodge, heads through the woods to Camp Mather and then returns to the Evergreen by way of our Nature Trail. Along the way, we will stop for hands-on, nature-oriented activities designed to highlight the area’s flora, fauna and geology and to provide a sense of place.
The natural landscape inspires lots of “teachable moments”, which ensure engaging endeavors and plenty of opportunities to explore with our Fun Packs! Our guides will share knowledge about the natural and cultural history of the area and will help make sure the experience is safe, fun and inspiring.
