Each group has specialized needs, and we will work with you on all aspects of your planning, including: lodging options, budget realities, meal options, private meeting and dining facilities, as well as guided and self-directed recreation opportunities. We also specialize in innovative ideas to make your experience memorable and different - examples can include outdoor business meeting locations, candlelit night hikes, s'mores at remote campfire sites and more.
Our new event facility, Tuolumne Hall, accommodates up to 150 guests. Our main restaurant, outdoor dining area, outdoor plaza, tavern and Recreation Center provide groups with great flexibility for functions as well as leisure time. Larger groups can have the entire Lodge to themselves, which allows for tremendous flexibility and creativity.
Our Lodge's inviting, mountain setting will place your group at ease while offering modern facilities with full business capabilities to accommodate your needs. Our audio/visual resources include, white boards & pads, laptop projector & screen, and stereo sound system. We offer free satellite internet service, a wireless network and phones with free long distance (although we keep most technology out of the cabins - except for a CD player - to foster a more serene experience).
Our catering staff can coordinate a variety of dining options to suit your budget, from simple buffets and freshly made trail lunches to full service, "mountain elegant" meals. Guests are frequently surprised by the quality of cuisine in our remote setting.
Our Recreation Department and Guide Service will accentuate your experience by providing a varity of recreational and team building activities.
Away from the Evergreen property, dozens of options exist including hiking, rafting, climbing, sightseeing, wine tasting, golfing and horseback riding. On property, we can help you enjoy campfires, night hikes, movies, slide shows and general carousing in the tavern!
